21st century dreamers know that it’s about having the vision and the idea but also about being practical and taking action
What’s the difference between a dream, a vision, a goal and… a fantasy?
Marcia stated that a dream is basically something that you want, and that dreams that come from your purpose are usually the most profound. She furthered that:

- The difference between a dream and a fantasy is that with a dream, you can design a strategy to get there.
- You need to eliminate doubt and fear. We need to recognise, that simply by using words like but and if, we actually do damage to the dream.
- The doubter shows up as procrastination, worry, anxiety, excuses etc…
